The place was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating during our stay.

The room was really extremely spacious and had a TV area, a high ceiling, and a safe. We had a very very good breakfast with nice coffee and ham.- Everywhere was fairly clean.

The breakfast was excellent with a variety of options like cottage cheese and ham, the room was very spacious, newly renovated, and had a separate lounge, high ceilings.

We thoroughly enjoyed its excellent and incredible location next to 3 metro lines to all the tourist spots, conventional center and supermarkets, shops for vegetable and fruits, and restaurants, very convenient.

Everything about this hotel is beautiful. The units are new-fashioned, huge with a large bathroom, old safe box and the bedroom. The setting is excellent, adjacent to airport shuttle, popular attractions and metro and espanza plaza, wonderful area. They have a wide array of meals to choose from, the food is lovely.

This place is quite spacious and clean, offering great value with friendly staff, and the family room is tastefully decorated with large comfortable beds.

Everything is perfect here, had a good stay for our first ever visit. We would definitely book again, appreciated the weekend.

The hotel is great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. It is located in a convenient area, less than a 5 minute walk to a centrally located metro station. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are spacious with a separate bedroom and a large bathroom. Breakfast is included and offers a variety of options, including delicious "Catalonian charcuterie".

Its location for the Fair and quality-price ratio. Large, comfortable and quiet family rooms. It's very clean. I booked parking and was given a very good place as soon as I arrived. good attention at the reception. Friendly and attentive.

Breakfast was very limited and juices were not good. manager was reluctant to prepare free tables for us, already used, saying that she could not prepare them, that she was busy, that we should sit at a small table (insufficient space for four and discomfort). She made us wait doing other tasks that were not urgent or precise and we did not like that at all. At the first breakfast she literally "threw us out" of the room, saying that breakfast time was over and we had to leave. We were just finishing breakfast and this attitude made us uncomfortable. He also made a bad face when we asked him to warm up the lactose-free milk for my son, who is intolerant, saying that the milk was too cold to drink (???? unfriendly, she doesn't serve or attend to the customers well. I would take more advantage of it in room cleaning.

the hotel is awesome. the receptionist is friendly and welcoming. our room was really clean and big. we had a kitchen and a living room which was unexpected and really lucky for us. the beds was comfortable as well. we enjoyed our stay there.
